2 questions.
Is that an OEM dpms upper? what optic is that? yuck offset irons, what a fag |
|
|
And now the next "scary feature" that will go on the list with flash hiders, barrel shrouds, and shoulder things that go up will be "able to be disassembled and transported in a backpack".

Massive cover up going on.
I'm now of the opinion that this kid was a patsy and likely was working for someone. I believe the security hole was left open on purpose, and the kid made his move. The actions taken after the shooting point to more than just malice level incompetence. We have to believe that a 20 year old dipshit loner was able to break contact with law enforcement, find a sniper's position, build technical level bombs, all on his own - but he had encrypted phone apps. The media response was odd. They announced the next day that Iran was actively trying to assassinate T$. Then the media went dark and began censoring photos and posts. Anyone who has worked in media knows that report on Iran was a planted story. The democrats response was to quickly launch their coup on FJB. Agents who were involved haven't been removed from duty, but are still on active details. Why? As long as they are on active protection details, the agents names aren't released for security reasons. Without their names, Congress cannot subpoena the agents that were present. Those agents on the ground will likely give different testimony that conflicts with the official reports. Congressional Republicans have to know this is an attempt to stonewall congressional oversight. I don't see them doing anything about it. |

He did not custom build the upper at all. He's running the stuck mil-spec trigger, mil-spec charging handle, and A2 flash hider. I would expect that anybody who hand picked parts to build their own upper receiver or even replace the barrel on their existing upper would change those other things, too. The only reason A2 flash hiders exist is for cloners and to act as thread protectors. My vote is he is bought a complete aero precision upper receiver with everything already installed in it. Which would put that as a ballistic advantage nitride barrel. |

High magnification is great for long distance (like 500+ yards) and punching paper. In practical use, it's not that great, especially for moving targets. It didn't take me very many hunting trips before I learned less is more. My main hunting rifle has a 2.5x optic on it. I've killed running antelope at greater distance with no magnification at all. |

Do most people go hunting at medium range these days with irons or red dot or the venerable fixed Leupold 4x. Would you rather have a red dot for an important shot at 150yrds or a 3.5x ta11? And Crooks wore glasses from an early age, I’m guessing probably had some astigmatism. The stock trigger seals the deal for me, it has patsy written all over it. |
