Again nobody in GD has any idea of the evidence France has got against the guy. The arresting charges mention drugs, scams and sexual exploitation of minors and what I assume to be non compliance with warrants for information. What I would guessed to have happened is that a French court issued a court order/warrant for information about a user(s) in relation to the previous crimes and Telegram choose not to comply. Here in NL and maybe France/US ignoring a court order is a criminal offence. |
