Bravo Company, you have a customer for life!
I ordered a TROY rear BUIS but found a TROY front sight when the package arrived. Called Bravo Company the next day and they promised to have a rear sight on its way within the next hour and including a call-tag for me to send back the front sight. This is a company that takes its customer service seriously! Bravo! Francis |

Bravo Company is top notch. I placed an online order and botched the zip. I emailed them and they fixed it.
I got the box the same week, only problem was that an item was missing. I emailed them about it and in 3 min I got a reply!!! Talk about a fast response and the item is on its way. You all already know this but Bravo Company is a great place to deal with. |

Came over to the BCM forum to post some appreciation and it looks like this is the place for it...
One more huge +1 for Bravo Company! I just received yet another order from BCM today! To date I've been lucky enough to get my hands on a 16" midlength upper and, as of today, a 10.5" LMT upper (  ), and I've ordered a bunch of other parts from them as well.
The prices are right, shipping is UNBELIEVABLY fast (I used to work in shipping and I am impressed beyond belief) and the selection of products (and the QUALITY!) is top notch. I also love that the online inventory status is up to date and the e-mail notification feature. Paul and everyone else at Bravo Company - Thanks so much for making a truly fantastic product and having great service, keep up the good work! Oh, and thanks for the hats (I've got three now, and both styles to boot!) and the 'biners - I proudly wear the hats as tools for covertly signaling others with fine taste in black rifles & accessories...

I recently ordered an LMT barreled upper and a BCM upper receiver from your company. It amazes me that in the current situation of the post-election industry, you managed to get both items to my door in 3 day with standard shipping. More amazing than that is the fact that the BCM upper has better fit and finish than the LMT upper. It was no contest as to which was better. To top it all off I got free promotional items I wasn’t even expecting in the box. Now, that practice isn’t unheard of in the firearms industry, but it is exceptionally nice to only order two items and get three extra logo items for free. You guys have set the standard for others to reach.

I gotta give Bravo Company USA a big +1. I ordered a M4 stock on new years eve, and It came today! Their M4 buttstock is flawless! It is definitely a top of the line product, and it will work perfectly for my Work In Progress AR-15. I'll definitely reccomend them to anyone who is building an AR. You can expect my business in the future.

I really hate to pile on the cheerleader bandwagon (old grumpy fart) but Bravo Company has become my #1 go-to supplier. There are a few AR companies down here in Texas who could learn a lesson or two from these Yankees up in Wisconsin
Without Bravo Company my recent build would still be just parts on the workbench. |

I just wanted to say thanks a million to bravo company you are great. I order a bolt carrier group
( not to scalp like some of the people selling them for $200.00 on the EE) and a Magpul CTR-M stock. You ship so fast I didn't expect to see it on my porch for a couple more days at least. I just recently ordered a few things. Among them was a Phantom 5C1 flash suppressor that comes with one crush washer. I also needed another crush washer for another rifle but the website showed them as out of stock.
I ordered and added in my comments that if they had another crush washer anywhere just laying around (even if it was found under a workbench) to please include it and charge me for it. My package arrived and there were two new crush washers in it and I was not charged for the second. That is great customer service. I have no idea where they got it but they found one. If they want to charge me they still can. It may only be a $1-2 part but I am very happy and thankful. Thanks BCM.

Just a note of thanks to Paul and Bravo Company for the professional customer service and speed they exhibited taking care of my problem. I purchased a BCG and when it arrived it had a large chip in the mouth of the gas tube. To make a long story short, I shipped it back to them and they replaced it within a month which is fantastic considering the availability of parts these days. I will continue to purchase everything I need from Bravo Company.

Bought 3 flat top M4 uppers from Bravo. Ordered one for a barrel I bought on EE, then found a deal on two more barrels. So I had to buy two more. Installed each upper on all my lowers and they are extremely tight. Tighter than my M&p setup on the same lower. When the second box of lowers came there was an extra in the box, a BRAVO COMPANY USA BASEBALL HAT!! Great customer service. Now they just need more BCG's for my 3 new uppers and i will be sending more money their way. Thanks BRAVO CO!!

Without Bravo Company my recent build would still be just parts on the workbench. Without them, I'd just have two stripped lowers. 
My two Work In Progress ar builds are still a bunch of loose parts though.

Just received my latest order from Bravo. Now THIS is how a company should run. Good prices, great service. The shipping to my door was very quick. The M4 upper in particluar is quite nice. Glad I grabbed the Pmags when I did too.

A huge thank you and another compliment in the bucket for Bravo Co.
I use my Fiances card for ordering (we only use her card online) and I didnt have the CVV2 when I was checking out yesterday. Because of this they would have to have sent it to her parents house where the card is registered instead of our home for the shipping address. Even with all the flurry of the ordering of the 16" uppers yesterday, I received an email response within ten minutes of me sending them an email making sure the order would go through. They are holding the item for me until the MO arrives. Most other companies would have just cancelled the order and said you are SOL. I appreciate Pauls set up and will from here out always make my purchases though them when possible. Way to be customer friend and keep your staff on that same page! |

I had a great experience with BCM. The upper that I purchased is solid and they even helped me with an issue that I had with a detachable upper sight. I am sure it was operator error but they didn't treat me like a complete idiot, which is refreshing in this industry.

Also, I love the no back order system you have going. It gives everyone a fair chance at getting a product within a reasonable time frame. Without it, I would have had to wait about 6 months or more. PLUS I GOT A FREE HAT!!!

I placed an order late afternoon last Wednesday, and got it yesterday morning. Outstanding. I honestly don't know why anyone order parts from anywhere else. I'd like to dole out a beatdown with a BCM catalog to the next person who complains about buying from some unknown dealer. There's no excuse not to go through these guys. I will continue to buy from them...as long as my wife lets me.

Well after a few months and alot of research, I finally bought a BCM Middy from Bravo. I mounted it on a CMMG lower I bought this past summer.
Fit and finish is outstanding, and it mounted perfectly to my lower. Function tested it the other night, and finally got to the range last night and it operated flawlessy as expected. Outstanding company Paul, but from all the reviews on here and other forums, you don't need me to tell you that. Regards

Just wanted to say thanks to the people at BCM. My girlfriend had bought me an upper receiver stripped from BCM for Christmas. After some time, I had it barreled and assembled by a known person in the AR15 industry. It never shot straight so matter what I did so thinking it was the barrel, I stripped it and built a dissipator upper utilizing the BCM upper. The darn thing just didn't want to go together without a fight. I couldn't get the barrel nut to line up correctly without using a ton of force. Using 30 ft pounds didn't even bring me close to getting the gas tube opening to line up. I managed to strip the hell out of the barrel nut so I took it apart again. Thinking it was the barrel, I bought another dissipator barrel from PK Firearms. Again I tried asembeling an upper and ran into the same exact problems...things wouldn't line up and a stripped out barrel nut to get things to line up. I contacted BCM about my frustration and without hesitation, they said to send it back using the invoice number as a RMA#. I sent it back and within 2 weeks I received a brand new upper, better looking than previous one with an added unexpected bonus...stickers, and a friggen hat!!
So, once again I tried to assemble the upper using a new barrel nut from BCM on my Bushy dissipator barrel. This time, things went together PERFECTLY. It took 40 pounds to get the gas tube opening to line up perfectly. So once again, thanks a million Bravo Company, you guys are truly first class.
