Would love to see this compared to a Sierra TMK for expansion. If it is close you guys hit a goldmine. |

I ordered a couple boxes of the 62gr and 75gr to test out for accuracy and velocity in the rifles I’ve got for HD/all around purposes. I’ll snag some of the 55s to test when they’re back in stock
I really hope this ammo does well; the 62gr is really appealing for my needs. |
|
I hesitated on the 75gr and it went out of stock. Grabbed some of the 62gr stuff though.

Here they are. We are going to put this on the website.
G1 BC = .230 – 55 TIP G1 BC = .277 – 62 TIP G1 BC = .334 – 75 TIP Thanks, Josiah |

There’s a big difference between a 24” test barrel and an M4. Thanks! |

Well my 75gr black tips arrived today; the 62s haven’t shipped for some reason when I ordered both in stock at the same time. I ordered the 75s just because; the 62gr is what I really wanted. Figures

Actually it didn’t arrive
UPS sent me a photo of where it was delivered and it’s not my house…no clue where it is. I called PSA customer service and Wanda Mae told me to hang up and call UPS. UPS told me to hang up and file a claim online. I called PSA back and Jason told me that Wanda Mae could’ve initiated the claim, but doesn’t know why she didn’t. He was massively more helpful (props to him). So, out of two items in stock, one hasn’t shipped (currently OOS so I think it oversold and I won’t be getting it anytime soon) and one never made it with low effort resolution on my first call to CS. Second call more helpful but shouldn’t have had to call a second time and I’m also frustrated at this point 2 stars out of 10 so far, PSA and Jason at CS is the reason I even gave two . Every time I give y’all another chance you let me down |

Ordered a box of the 75g black tips and 77g tmk to compare expansion. Hopefully next weekend. I know the TMKs are very destructive and if the black tips are close they may take over for my hunting round. Especially at almost half the price.

Isn’t this the stuff that’s blowing up people Suppressors left and right? Or is it the AAC 77gr?

I know my YHM can has seen oodles of the 55g FMJ- both as factory loads and reloads over sorted or mixed brass, a decent amount of the AAC 77g SMK, some AAC 75g Hornady loads and soon likely oodles of their in house 77g OTM. |

Does Sabre BLADE Black Tip Cut the Mustard?....5.56 AR-15 Self-Defense AMMO Test! |

Great test. I don't see an issue with that fragmentation in an SD situation. I'd think this is just about perfect.
Pretty impressive SD numbers for factory ammo. |
|
I love how today's email has the 62g "Black tip" for less money than bulk Winchester 62g green tip.
Well played, PSA, well played. |
|
Any testing of the 75 grain thru an 11.5”? I’m thinking it might be perfect.
|
|
^^ it probably would be solid out of the 11.5...
