Are you trying to connect remotely (dealer from his location, you from your location) or in person at your dealers business?
Has your dealer had issues with other customers certifications?
Is it timing out trying to connect to Silencer Shop? Or timing out once you are in eForms?
In any event, your dealer should be the one getting in contact with Silencer Shop for help, not you.
Since April Ive had very few issues with Silencer Shops Full Auto software or using eForms directly for non SS Form 4's.
When I did, this helped:
-clear cookies.
-reboot computer.
-try a different browser. I use Chrome.
