How do u mount the front end?

Once u thread in the front set screws what do u do with the 2 tabs sticking out? See picture

I can offer this picture



And suggest going to a kac qd mount.

And ask for pics of the whole rifle/launcher.

Like the other guy said, you are better off with the KAC mount.

Ok, the loop that goes over the barrel has some bushing, you will need those.


Then the bracket screws to the M203 body.  Safety wire it in place.


The thread insert you show looks sort of like some sort of helicoil variant.  Probably needs to be driven in with a tool and the tabs broken off.

I don't have the semi circular piece that goes on the barrel under the plate.   I guess I'll just buy a  Knights mount.

Does the Knights mount work wiThe this front end?  

The screw with the lab threads into the ew river front end.   Then u put the plate over it followed by a screw.

The thread inserts should be installed in the aluminum part of the M203.

The Knight's Armament mount will work fine with that setup. It just won't mount under an M16 M203 hand guard.

Sounds good.   I'll get the Knights mount.  Seems easier to work w and more sturdy.
