Has anybody had experience with these two cases and 105 gr. bullets to give me their opinion as to significant differences or not? How does the Hornady brass for the Hagar compare to the Grendel Lapua for the 6 AR? What is the water capacity of the 6 AR? My understanding is the capacity of the Hagar brass is 35.7 grams of water. Any info. greatly appreciated - good, bad and ugly.

Thanks,
David

Looks like you have to stuff the projectiles way deep into the case, and match shooters are cutting magazines to allow more COAL.  Pros are factory brass available now.

The 6mm AR needs to be sized down from Grendel brass, or fire-formed from 6PPC brass.  You will not find better quality and consistency when it comes to Lapua.

Velocity with a 105gr bullet from both is 2750 fps. However, that class bullet in the 6mm Hagar is seated long and must be single-loaded. 6mmAR handles the 105s within magazine length.
