I can't get to the direct image link on my tablet but take a look at the lower in the below link

No shipping to: UK, Poland, France, Denmark, Netherland. If you are from these countries do not order this product!!! So as long as you don't mount it, it's legal here. Their shipping policy says so I'm calling them on Monday

For US buyers there's no adding to the NFA list. That receiver has the happy hole. It's not US legal no matter what their shipping policy says.
