Quick video I did. Nothing terribly scientific but just one person's review. Not Molon lvl of testing.
Still think the ammo is a hell of a good deal but feel like if PSA could refine a few things like how the rounds are shipped in the box and possibly try to control some of the inconsistencies in the loads.  AAC Ammo Review |

That's...good enough for what I use the ammo for. My windage was off by half a mil for my first couple of rounds but I've had wind calls be off by 2 mils at ~650 at that range, so thats well within the error of my ability to figure out the wind there (Bill's place is a great place to shoot. Frustrating, but fun) I'm somewhat interested in Paul Harrel doing his meat target test with it but not enough to pay for it. |

Well, just ordered 1K to try out. Figure at least one of my rifles should like it. At the very least it's only $150 more than a case of 193 so It won't hurt too bad if it ends up just being blasting ammo.

Is there anyone that does/could do an apples to apples side comparison on gel for the AAC OTM, Mk262 and even IMI 77g?
Really liking the OTM round and would never have thought it would stand up, but out of my Mk12Mod1 and ModH, they shoot just as well as IMI and brown box. The only thing holding me back from basically switching 100% over, is the lack of terminal ballistic data. |

I'm trying these out, but know this style of bullet isn't the best at expanding in soft targets, tho they are made like a varmint bullet the tip is the problem, so I'll be testing out removing the thin HP tip down to the lead slug inside, yes this will lower the B.C. some, but this is a test to see if they are still as accurate as the original and how much better will it expand (water jugs is all I have)
11.5 inch 1/7 twist. 50 yards for now, would be best to test accuracy at a longer range but again it's all I have for now. I have pics but no external means to link from here if someone wouldn't ming me sending them and they put them up. I reseat them even at the cannelure (some at slightly different) measuring from base to cannelure and get that even on all, then trim down to 2.07 OAL, clean it up and chamfer the inside a bit. Looks mean lol. Should make for a better Home Defense and possibly out to 100 yards. We'll see. |

I’ve bought 1200 over the last few months. Of the 100 or so I’ve shot I saw one case that had a very very minuscule pin head sized dent. It was actually hard to see. Haven’t had a chance to shoot lately since I’m getting some land timbered. I’ve only shot them in one rifle so far but in that rifle these aren’t as accurate as cbc, but they are still accurate. I hope to test them against imi as well in this rifle and the others that I shoot 77’s in. Just for poi shift and accuracy. I like the aac 77gr otms. They are a good value, plenty accurate and great for range ammo. I’m even going to deer hunt with them this year. These keep me out of my cbc and imi stash. It’s sobering to think I bought many many cases of double sealed cbc for .50rd and it wasn’t really all that long ago. As well as the midway blow out imi which iirc was around .50rd. Now it is what it is |
