I really wanted a few 6 months ago.
Now I feel like I’ll wait 6 more months and they’ll be $15.
6 months ago I’d have paid $24 a piece. Now I’m over it.

They were in stock for like 2 hours. They definitely didn’t sell that fast. I expected them to be gone in 15-20 minutes but I guess everyone got off the hype train once they took 6 months longer than Magpul said they would for them to be released.

Dealers will begin getting them in stock starting today over the next couple days.

I'm sure that they'll go in/out of stock a few cycles.

Probably a few to count/sort.

Which Lancer AR mag do you prefer, smoke, clear, other? Maybe it doesn't make any difference really.

Clear is my number 1 choice, followed by translucent OD then translucent orange.  The rest are just for collecting.  Otherwise I couldn't care less about the other colors.

Thanks for the reply Big-Bore. I think I will also go with the clear ones.

FYI, it appears they are still in stock at Brownells.

It showed they were out of stock, but when you actually clicked on the item, it allowed me to add it to cart, so I ordered some.

I bought a couple today. They feel like they flex a little easily when squeezing them.  At least easier than a regular pmag. I’m wondering why the tmags don’t have the ribs like the regular ones do. I’m going to shoot a match with them this weekend.

Was wondering what looked so different.  I see now the ribs are not there.

Seen mention that a few people said they flex more than a standard pmag.

GunMagWarehouse is advertising a Tmag with an od green hue to it. Maybe a coming offering?

Looking like the T in TMag means Translucent, not Transparent, and the hue is OD Green.

Not a future offering, that's how the initial TMag is shipping.

I have two cases of "old" PMAGs boxes up.

If I buy one of these, it'll be for shits 'n giggles.

Are these difficult to insert on a closed bolt (fully loaded, 30 rounds) for anyone else? I have to insert and then smack the bottom to get it to seat just like a USGI mag. It seems like these don't have the additional slack that PMAGs do to make it easier to insert with the bolt closed.

and independent service providers that score better than Apple owned stores for customer service.

back to MagPul - lots of their products on every boomstick.

but I feel no strong desire to buy a tmag.  I'd rather just buy more pmag40.

They look cool, curious to see how they hold up, sides are super slippery, at least they put ribs on front and spine. And they’re definitely more green than I expected

When I bought my first Lancer it flexed and that bothered me, but then I learned clear plastic is often brittle, so the flex is probably good, bends instead of breaks. That's my understanding anyway.

Just barely. It's super tight. I left it loaded over night and the spring set just enough for the magazine to seat with an aggressive push now rather than having to slap the bottom.

I didn't have a problem when I tried, but it was only on one gun.

Initially, the only thing I don't like about them is how "slick" they feel. I only bought one. Not sure if I want more.
