The BCM Gunfighter Vertical Grip Short is my current favorite VFG for my style of shooting. Bravo Company USA? really thought this through and came out with a grip that occupies its niche alone.
The 5º angle is just enough to ease pressure on my fingers while still feeling like a vertical grip. Its design also creates a nice transition from the handguard to the grip for those that use VFGs as handstops, like I do. The only nit picky thing I can say about it is that the hinge roll pin sticks out on both sides and is a little pokey on your hand when run angled-forward. I won't be using it that way, but it is something that I noticed that I didn't think was big enough a deal to put in the video. I compare the BCM to a Magpul RVG on two nearly identical uppers to show the improvements Bravo Company has made in a few important areas.

I used to shoot VFG's with the thumb break method. When I went to my Alpha rail, that VFG went away. Looks like a VFG I wish I would've had though. I like that angle.

This seems like the perfect VFG, and its not ugly like the full size.

How many cr123 batteries can you fit in the storage compartment? I am sure it is not tall enough to get 2 on top of one another but it looks like it MAY be wide enough to fit 2 side by side?

Only one CR123 fits in the VFG Short, though three fit in the Mod 3 pistol grip. So, you can carry four total between the two. |

I just got mine a few days ago and put it on my DDV7. I really like it and prefer it over my Magpul RVG on my other rifle.

The guy who developed KeyMod for VLTOR, Eric Kincel, now works for BCM, so it is no surprise that they are charging hard at making a ton of great KeyMod stuff. |
