I've been really happy with the DBMG barrel mount. Solid and well made, I'm glad I have one.
Also for railed HG's I'm still a big fan of the polymer LHV47 lower. Not a US made HG so watch your parts count but it's tough and seems to be heat resistant even though there's no heat shield.

Hyper rare unfortunately, only two in the US. They didn't make it past a trial production batch, still waiting on a military order last I heard. eta You can achieve the same height with the RS AK mount and a PK23 or 30mm aimpoint type tube optic. I just ordered one of thesehttp://www.botachtactical.com/kzofm.html so I could mount a flashlight on my Ultimak where it won't be in the way of optics.
