I believe it's either a 3 or 4 power.  I would refer to it as a "mini" ACOG because of it's size relative to what I see the military using in pics.

Is there a way to mount it on there?

Perhaps get one of those side rail mounts that has a rail on it, then mount the ACOG to the rail?

It appears that is about my only option.  I figure having the hinged top cover will create problems though.

Have you looked into the Stormwerkz rail?  Ive got one on my Yugo M92.  Which as soon as the batfe gets off their ass and approves my form 4 lll have an aimpoint h1 mounted in it.

I'll go check it out now!

ETA:  I don't believe it would be back far enough to have proper eye relief from the looks of it.

I'm looking for a  solution that keeps me from having to rely on batteries.

I've been doing a little research and am wondering if this adaptor combined with this mount will work on my Bulgarian Krink?

Anyone seen or tried this?

Have you thought about a rail from http://www.nodakspud.com/
It becomes part of your topcover

Looks nice, but wouldn't mounting an ACOG that far forward keep you from having the correct ey relief.  I can see that it would work great for a red dot though.

Won't work, the AKSU rear sight is in the middle of the top cover and prevents anything with long rails from going all the way forward. You basically have to go with a mount that sits the picatinny rail higher than the rear sight housing or go with a rail that extends a little bit shorter than the mount that slides on the side rail. Look at the body and mount on the Kobra to see what I mean

Here's the Russian version of the ACOG, the 1P78 Kashtan. Fantastic optic and something to consider if you don't already have the ACOG

Beautiful! The only way I would do it.

TX-Zen could you indulge me and put that big old night scope on your krink?

Sure

BTW this was actually real,  the NSPU manual talks about the AKSUN and how to zero it

Bear in mind:

The top rail can be flipped around.  If you do so, it should work on a Krink.  I had a knockoff rail that had enough clearance on my 106UR.

Thanks,

I just placed an order for the K-Var mount.  I'll post pics when I get around to setting it all up.
