My local gunsmith called me up and let me know he just completed a re-finish job on a customers mini Draco. Knowing that I was in the market for one as well he asked me to come down a snap a couple pics of it before the customer came by to pick it up. I've seen plenty of the mini Dracos in different shops and at shows and their standard finish is nothing great, but I have seen some pretty nice ones. Well, this one blew me away! Just a very nice job all around. Here was his breakdown of the job;
-Bead-blast and refinish all the metal in black oxide -Strip and re-finish the fore-end -Clean up the trigger -Add a sling-swivel to the rear plate -Add the Bulgarian 4-piece brake (this was also finished in black oxide to match the rest of the gun) Here are some pics;

Gorgeous weapon!!
BTW- since that one belongs to someone else (and assuming the owner doens't know you photographed their kit) you may want to consider blurring out the serial numbers. I know I wouldn't appreciate my serials being posted on the internet by someone w/o my consent or knowledge. If the owner knows and doesn't care... I never said a thing!
