I've seen some that look like they just bolted/welded a rail section to the top of the rear sight block
Other than that, I think your only option is switching out the top cover with a railed one like TWS, etc. |

Yes. Receiver parts are all common with standard AKM parts, only with a short front end and a virgin rear trunnion.

The Texas dogleg mount won't work with the micro because it lacks the typical rear sight base that the dogleg mount attaches to.

There's a side rail that mounts to the fcg pins. I dont know who makes it.
