I'm curious if anyone has experience with this and could offer some insight. I'm not finding much about it. Makes me want an HK USP to suppress.

I've been looking into this as well, but haven't been able to find any barrels to use...

I'm in the middle of this exact project right now.
I've got a .40S&W AR and a P99 that I want to share the same can.

The only aftermarket mfg. of .40 cal P99 barrels was Jarvis.
They only make 9mm versions now, due to a lack of demand for the forty.
I called to see if they would make any more, but the answer was "no".

I love my P99. I don't want to have to buy a new HG.

.....maybe if enough of us called Jarvis.

Yeah I've seen a picture of one suppressed P99 on the internet, but now I can't remember what caliber it was.

Brand spanking new. Never installed in a gun or shot. Its so beautiful. I'm touching it right now. How I love my new threaded barrel.

I just went to the Jarvis sight and 40S&W is still not an option.
Did you phone in your order?
Was it about $250?

I found it through a private party. Jarvis won't help you :( It was a lot of money. Kinda sucks, but that's what it took to get it from the owner. I believe the threading is 9/16x28 or something.
