Never been a big fan of Kydex holsters, unless a hard-to fit pistol or pistol/light combo demanded such.
They tear up the finish of most pistols, they're noisy, and the open top design admits all sorts of dust, dirt, and freezing precip that can foul your pistol, or even make it non-functional.
Bianchi used to offer a wide variety of high-quality military/tactical nylon holsters, MUCH more diverse than the often-seen milsurp nylon Holsters designed for the Beretta service pistol, but after a recent visit to the Safariland/Bianchi web site, I must say that it's almost incomprehensible. Apparently, they are accentuating Kydex, and depleting stocks of nylon holsters.
Sux to not have choices, but I bought my Bianchi stuff a long time ago, and well before my Kydex stuff. I prefer the Bianchi, but you all won't have the option of deciding for yourself. Too bad.
