If I edited the post above it's more than likely because I suck at typing. If I didn't, I was either in too big of a hurry or just missed it.

Its desert storm chocolate chip pattern using different colors. Still looks more like Tropentarn, even considering the color substitutions. Regardless, I think it'll be plenty effective. |

Gave it a shot with a old upper i had and a PSA stealth lower. Used all Rustoleum camo colors after a scotch-brite rubdown and degreaser bath. Letting it bake in the South MS sun for a bit.

Thanks to this thread and whoever posted the rapco paint. Only have a few cans of aervoe left and this rapco paint is very similar. Dries a little quicker, which is nice.

Pic inside and outside at dusk. I like field drab if you can’t tell. It’s a nice earthy color that works in a lot of environments. Attached File Attached File |

Your painted rifle is ugly, but I’m uglier, so send it to me and I’ll make it look good!

Well, I sprayed my mk18…
Following Garandthumb, and not wanting to cause cancer- I did very little taping- so yes, the t2 and rc2 got sprayed. I dont understand spraying a gun but not an optic. The suppressor obviously has the paint burned off it now, but it still looks good. These pics are soon after the first paint job. I’ve actually added a touch of flat black, but not too much… Attached File While at it, the 870 and Cmmg dedicated 22lr got canned too… Attached File |

Tried my hand at M81. Looking back I wish I would have used an FDE as a last coat instead of green. Granted, green blends in much better here but I’m also an FDE whore.
