Added an Max-11SK to the collection. I'll use the original bolt. I'm still debating the sight/optic situation.

Stamps just came back for my JMB SW76 (Stemple tube based clone of the S&W 76) and the silencer that goes with it. Hopefully picking it up tomorrow from the FFL (kitchen table guy with flexible hours). Had it drilled and tapped for a rail I got from BRP while I was waiting.

View Quote I know those were training rounds but seeing them made me think of the live rounds in the polymer cases. I tested those and they weren't reliable in my 53. Figured the .308 would be similar to the .223. They fired but the backpressure seemed to deform the case to the point that it caused problems with extraction and feeding of subsequent rounds. I had tested them a few years back so it's possible that the case designs have improved. Didn't mean to clog up the MG image thread - feel free to delete. |

You could trade two M11s plus that max11/15 upper for a non-colt M16. But hey you do you. can’t go wrong with a small armory or M11s haha. |
