I just got my stamped Form1 back so I can SBR my little GSG-5PK. It took 14 weeks mailbox to mailbox and was done on an LLC. I swear LLC's take less time after listening to the horror stories on ARFcom. The shortest approval I have had was 3 weeks mailbox to mailbox (about 6 years ago) and the longest was this one at 14 weeks. All of my Form1's and Form4's have been on a LLC. Now I am waiting for my Form4 to get stamped for the Thunderbeast Suppressor I purchased for this SBR. The Thunderbeast measures only 4.9" x 1" and weighs in at 3.2 oz. The suppressor in these pictures normally goes on my AR57 (5.7x28 upper).

Congrats....but don't be so sure that LLC's take less time. Yarbsea got his Form 1, "60 days door to door with ms Santamaria...she's darn quick - everyone should change their name to start with "Y" and use her". Obviously there's no rhyme or reason to how long the process will take. I think much depends on the examiner.

This gives me hope, I'm at week 13 right now for a SBR AR...........already did the GSG-5p (21 weeks)

This is true about santamaria being ridiculously fast...for me...lol
maybe sometimes they reach UNDER the pile and pull out a lucky winner. |

I've heard a few reports now that stamps are taking about 3 months door to door...makes me wish I had the cash to get another one...

You guys are not gonna believe this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But when I sent in my form 1..... 13 weeks ago, I sent a little post-it with my phone # and my e-mail address just in case they had any issues or questions.............Well !! .......Guess What !!?? I just got an e-mail from Nancy Flanigan (Today) saying I was approoved and the stamp will be sent out Monday !!!!...............She actually e-mailed me....I'm still in dis-belief???.......and 14 weeks +/- Sorry guys, but Nancy is the new "King of Examiners"  ..........she even gave me a "Have a nice weekend"

Pictures added to the original post on the first page. The suppressor I used in the picture is not the one that will stay on this PK. I have a Form4 pending for a much smaller and lighter, all titanium .22 suppressor that is rated for full auto .22 fire as well as use on my 5.7x28 Five-seveN and AR57 upper. It is made by Thunderbeast and measures 4.9" x 1" and only weighs 3.2 oz.

Just bought my PK version for $349. I see it being loads of fun. Already have a .22 suppressor. Just need to Form 1 to make a SBR. I remember seeing the original HK SP89's at gun shows in the 1980's but I couldn't afford one then.
