I have a few varying from 0.17 to 9mm.  My preference is for the PCP type rifles.  They deliver a lot more power than the spring types (aka breaker-barrel), even though some of the "springers" can also throw a punch.

This is my favorite.  Air Force Talon that I customized with a longer barrel and heavier buffer for more air.

Talon launched a new model called Condor, which copied what several folks (including me) did to our Talon.  Both the Talon and the Condor are single-shot as the spring-type rifles.   However, the air tank allows for at least 30 shots.

Photo shows it with a ATN NV scope.   This rifle can put a .22 pellet in a mouse's eye at 30 yards.  It's made in Texas.

Another great rifle.  Rapid 12, marketed in US by Beeman as Super 12.  This one shoots a .25 pellet with very high accuracy but it's not as customizable as the Talon.  It's also a lot more expensive.  Around $1500 vs. just $500 for the Talon.   The Rapid uses a bolt action and a 12 rounds magazine.   This one is made in England and is the Ferrari of the air-rifles.

My 9mm is a Career.  It's made in Korea, uses a 10 rounds magazine and a lever action such as the Winchester rifles.   I do not have a photo of this one.   It's sound is similar to a 12-gage shotgun and can break cinder blocks easily.

My Russian .177: IZH-46 (pre M)

bought in 2000 for retail: $255.00 (they go for $560 now)

My older airgun; British made Webley Tempest .22 cal.  I bought this at Dr. Robert Beeman's store in Santa Rosa, CA.  He personally installed the rosewood target stocks and the trigger shoe before I left.  WA pigeons feared this pistol.

Most recently I shoot this thing. It's looks are not for everyone...hell springers are not for everyone.  This one is particularly recoil heavy but when you're on it drives tacks.

I like that carbon fiber barrel. I bet these get expensive when you start adding aftermarket parts. I guess thats how guns go though.

Thanks Guys,

Wiell under the Carbon Fiber shroud is a 21 inch LW  polygonal .22 barrel.
At max, it will shoot JSB monsters @ 1100 fpe...70. fpe(foot lbs of energy)
Dialed all the way done, it will shoot kodiaks  @55 fpe.

I love my Lonestar VRS REST. I use for bench rest, photo shoots and cleaning cradle.
They stop selling them a couple of years ago........

Btw. If you want to see all the gory details of my build... And the talented guys made happen.

I have to warn people about the recoil because they don't expect it and most don't believe me until they pull the trigger!

I had to laugh when I flinched...I don't even flinch on 50 cals....but I was NOT expecting the recoil from the 48.  Funny thing, the 54 is exactly the opposite...it is nearly as recoil-less as a PCP.  Very weird.

I had to do a bit of tuning on it to get it perfect.  I stripped it down, made sure the piston and spring setup was well lubed, then I used some really good grease and oil on the trigger group.  THEN I tuned up the sear engagement and spring tension on the trigger.  THHHEEENN I added fiber washers and teeniest bit of loctite to the front screws so that they would stay in place. ( an issue with Weihrauchs  ) After that I shot and tightened and shot and tightened the screws until I got perfect 10 yard groups.

It's a stone killer now.

Here's my Crosman Backpacker in .22 Cal.  These are fun to build.  I bought the base gun from Walmart for $54.  Steel receiver $50.  Leapers AO mil dot scope $50.  Silencer (yes you need one) $50.  I did my own trigger job.  You can do countless power mods but I like it the way it is.  It's suprisingly accurate for a cheap gun.  I took it to my parents place in Arizona so my 87 year old dad and I could do some target pratice in the back yard.
