I know this is a Winchester bolt but can you tell me what the "TT" stands for? Thanks!

I could be wrong on the M14 bolts, but usually the letters on M1 bolts I believe are heat treat lot identifiers.

Correct, the "TT" marking identifies the material lot.

Is there any way to put a date on this bolt using the lot and or drawing number?
