A buddy of mine canned a ton of scuppernong jelly that is pretty good and was nice enough to share some with my family. . He gave us a few jars that have the consistency of a typical jelly and also a couple that didn't quiet set up so its more of a sauce than a jelly.
No issues on how to consume the jars that can spread like jelly but am trying to come up with some ways to use the jelly that is more a liquid? First thing that comes to mind is use it as a glaze for grilled pork tenderloin or maybe mix in with burnt ends or similar.
Anybody have suggestions on some options to use it?
