Maniac squeezing past me on the left. |

Good old I-4. I hate that fucking freeway. We had season passes to Universal and I dreaded that drive every time.
Almost as bad is 75S between Gainesville and the Villages. People weaving like crazy and always an accident to back the shit up 5 miles. |
|
Seen it a few times here locally. Every now and again they don't squeeze through.

Had something similar happen on a ONE LANE transitional loop on a freeway interchange.
I looked to my right and some SOB is squeezing past me. Of course I started screaming at him!!!!!!!! I should have squooshed him over is what I should have done. |

otw home this afternoon, had this guy cut a line of at least 25 cars at stoplight (single lane, left) and cut in front of me at a red light.

Plus 8 hours around the touristy part of Orlando. I have seen shit that would give PTSD to a leaser man. |

I live on a narrow hilly county road, twice in the last month I've been passed on blind hills by dipshits. Would be great if a deputy happened to be coming up the other side of the hill.

why did I instantly know where this thread would be about....

In a construction zone last week. Cruise set at construction zone limit, guy pulls out and passes two of us - crossing the solid no passing lines on a curve.
He scared the oncoming traffic pretty good. No cop around unfortunately. |

I drove back from Myrtle yesterday. Crappy ride but no incidents. Get to CT at night and start thinking to myself how bad CT drivers are. Like MA, but multiplied by a factor of 10. Sure enough a Civic with no lights is weaving in and out of traffic. Found him down the highway crashed into a Uhaul and a tractor trailer.

I really don't miss driving down there especially this time of year when the tourists and snowbirds are out in force. I do have to say it's not as bad down there as driving the interstates through Jacksonville, the land of no driving mutha-fukin moe rons. Highways through JAX suck like they used to 30 years ago in O-Town and there's construction everywhere compounding the problem. If you aren't driving a performance vehicle, aren't 100% on your game and have performance driving skills, you're at serious risk of dying just driving over the St. Johns on the I-10.

I realize I'm in the old man yelling at clouds category these days, but the amount of ignorant shit I see on the roads makes me crazy. Generally speaking I don't really speed much. I usually go 5mph over, sometimes the limit. If I'm going the limit or faster, and not clogging the passing lane, then fuck you and "I have someplace to be" horseshit. If it was that important you would have left 5 minutes earlier. |
|

Yeah, that was pretty dangerous.
Actually had some idiot pass me a few days ago on a single lane highway with oncoming traffic coming at us. I was going 57 in a 55 zone and he'd been riding my ass, so I expected he'd pass me as soon as he could and he did, with another car coming and only about 100 yards away. The oncoming car and I both braked and got over so he had room to go in the middle. There's safe passing and there's risky passing, that was suicide passing. |

I know a guy who, when dealing with lunacy like that, would call the police and report a road rage driver waving a weapon around. I have no doubt that more than a few were actually armed and probably paid dearly for their poor impulse control behind the wheel..

Well seeing as how everyone and their mom is passing you by on the other part of the freeway I'd say you're going too slow bro.

Can’t say I would do the same, but it’s hard to feel too bad either. Nothing pisses me off quite like driving with my kids in the car and having some jackass put our lives at risk. |

Why the emoji? That's fucking brilliant.

The cops are legally allowed to lie to us to get shit done. Seems to me that he’s simply using the same tactic to accelerate their response. Again, not my horse not my wagon. |

People everywhere are going fucking insane and the roads show it perfectly.
