Good ol’ fashioned Subnet onion smashburgers made with deer and low-carb buns. My only real complaint about these low carb buns (Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart brand) is they’re not quite full sized, but they’re OK for 1/4LB patties.
Season the
beef deer. Ball the meat up, toss it in a ripping hot iron skillet with
thinly shaved onions on top and smash it thin. After a few minutes, flip it and cheese it. When it’s done, plate the burgers and enjoy. Mayo, tomato, dill relish and mustard.
