Not F1 related.... But commercial related.
Really?? Brian Williams has battle scars? Poor fucker. Stupid fucking commercials. |

I find it incredibly hard to believe that a visor tear off caused a lock up. Poor excuse Hulkenberg.

I have no doubt that having one lodged in a brake duct would cause issue. But stuck to a tire rotating at speed causing a lock up? Lets say I'm very skeptical. And having worked with several pro drivers, they can and will use any reason they can to excuse themselves from laying blame on themselves. |

Quoted: I continue to enjoy the Rosberg & Hammie show View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes I give them both credit.. they are staying competitive this year. Adu Dhabi might be interesting.. especially if Ricciardo pulls it out and is still eligible in the last race.. since Red Bull always runs so well there. Hats off to Merc though.. they've had a hell of a year. Now, just get rid of Toto Wolfe and Niki Lauda so I can actually root for them. I'm seriously tired of those two. |

Since the "cat's out of the bag" on this particular bootleg channel (it will get shut down shortly), here is the Friday Team Manager/Principal Press conference. It's long, but it sheds a ton of light on the situation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5L8xQlCPxU View Quote thanks for posting this this will be one interesting Race tomorrow. I predict that the some of the smaller Teams may start the Race and do one Lap or two and than retire the cars. Just my guess and I may be wrong. For me F1 is no longer what it used to be to me at least. It is really a shame what Bernie has done to F1. The frequent rule changes are part of how I feel about this. It will be very interesting how 2015 will look like |

Honestly I would bet a protest doesn't happen tomorrow. |

Listening on Sky today, I think they said about 100 million GBP to field a low end team, 130 million GBP to field a competitive team. Thats big money - when you are constantly on the hunt for sponsors...and the sponsor wants to see you on the podium...often. And you are taking-on the the huge money teams. As I understand it - sponsors don't always come through with their incremental progress payments over the year. |

Quoted: i read it somewhere: 94 million dollars roughly. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Anyone recall what the rough cost is to campaign one car for the entire season? The costs for a midfield team to compete in F1 for a season are believed to be about $120m (£75m). http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/formula1/29868355 Ecclestone said: "There is too much money being distributed badly - probably my fault." He added: "Like lots of agreements people make, they seemed a good idea at the time. I know what's wrong, but don't know how to fix it." Ecclestone has struck private financial deals with all the teams over the last few years and the result has been a revenue split that is heavily in favour of the big teams. The contracts are secret, but Ferrari are believed to have been paid more than $200m (£125m) for the 2013 season, in which they finished third in the championship, including $90m just for turning up. By contrast, Marussia earned a reputed $14m (£8.8m), and Caterham a little more than double that. |

UH, they showed P3 and qualifying together, fast forward a hour bro You sir need a new DVR He needs access to Sky Sports F1. He may not be able to DVR it, but he can watch the stream live in real time. Sky F1 runs repeats often so you can probably catch what you want to watch if you missed it live. If your computer has a UK passport(VPN client) you can watch highlights on the BBC iPlayer. I watched P2, P3 and Qualifying live on Sky F1 courtesy of a Ukrainian web site. Quality is excellent. Sky's coverage is flashy and overblown but the stream from the Russian website is steady and high quality. Watching the build-up now on Sky Sports F1 through the courtesy of the same Ukrainian website. Patiently waiting for the race to start. The build-up stuff is painful to watch. I don't get cable TV so I'm not forced to watch NBC's unwatchable coverage. |

What's the pay out for winning the Constructor's Championship?
I remember it being insanely high. I'm all for rewarding the good teams, but it seems dumping huge dollars into teams that are already winning isn't going to help things. Do the teams negotiate their own sponsorship contracts or does Bernie have his hand in that as well? |

F1 not making the environment a welcoming one to keep the employees from dropping out is just retarded. yes, winning teams should get more. however.. there should be more 'base pay'/profit sharing to keep them happy and in the sport. |
