The law of unitended consequences leads me to believe that this will push the majority of dems to the middle. A show of force by the commies is a big motivator for allot of people. Couple that with the fact that these useful idiots cannot debate their way out of a paper bag will provide a target rich environment to display the illogic and danger of socialism. She may be the best thing to happen to the conservatives in decades and, I suspect, she will rue the day she threw her beret in the ring.

This might be the beginning of the end for two party system. Its interesting that within a few years, both parties have begun to transform radically. I foresee you will eventually have at least four parties.
Trumpians - Populist, protectionist, hawkish, anti-immigration. Might be willing to dump pro-life and war on drugs. GOP(e) - Pro Business, possibly the party of "morality". They'll have to cater to the Christian Right to survive. Democrats - Basically what we have now. They will throw crumbs at their constituents while basically staying pro-business in many ways. I said it when the occupy movement started, the communists think they have enough numbers and power to win. The enemy doesn't show his hand until he feels sure victory is certain, or at the very least probable.
They did it in the 60s but they overplayed their hand. They still got the education system, the media, and Hollywood to move much further to the left. Today we're seeing the results of the seeds they planted back then. They have manufactured fake outrage and false movements and in that in conjunction with the brainwashing of academia has turned the youth to their side. People by and large want to be part of something bigger than themselves, and younger people even moreso. The left is very good at giving them something to be a part of. We, on the right, pretty much suck at it, partially because if you're conservative, you're self sufficient, and individual freedom is the main goal, so it's almost like herding cats to get people motivated. Our best movements come when our rights are threatened, and even then we can be our own worst enemy. The communists have enough control of the Dem party to make a power grab, and they're doing it. I believe they will get control, not complete, but they will get enough to own the party. The thing is, they live in a vacuum, and they believe there are far more of them in this general population than there actually are, and what will happen is that they will lose national elections in larger numbers than ever, and they'll lose purple states as well. But, they'll regroup, and when all you do is promise free things, that's a very easy sale to the ignorant and gullible, especially young minds that are being corrupted by the educations system. Folks, we're fighting the Clone Wars, and have been for a long time. Something I've also said a hundred times. If we do not get our kids that are conservative into the education field, and take that back from the commies, we are doomed. They have more time with your kids than you do from K-college. If all they are exposed to is leftists, then that is what they will believe. We have to take the education field back because they can program them faster than we can make them. |
