I meant to post a different picture in another thread and came across this saved one in my phone and thought GD would get a laugh out of it.

Maybe it's just me, but I think it's ridiculous and hilarious.

The threading for the end cap on my T22 integral is the same as a Spectre II.

I got curious one day awhile ago, and sure enough, it works. You can add a suppressor to a suppressor.

I was concerned about baffle strikes, so I only did a few rounds.

Still ridiculous.

So if any integral is kind of a two stamp gun (SBR/Can), is this a three stamp gun?

Maybe some slight difference with audio equipment.

Here's why this is possible:

T22 has an end cap:

Removing it is how you clean it:

But....

What if you just removed the end cap, but didn't remove the housing?

I remember the night and had just forgotten about it because it didn't yield results.

I was shooting suppressed .22 on land (rare for me) and went home to clean.

While I was dissembling...

Take an Integrally suppressed HK, SBR. Add a registered trigger pack. Screw on another suppressor as above.

4 Stamp?

I know you'd need to modify  to mount the second can, but???

That's a good thread on it's own.

Semi auto guns can only be so quiet due to action noise.

My bolt gun .22 with Aguila 60gr bullets out of my Ceiner 5.56 can is damn near silent.

A few years ago, I was talking with the guys of Thompson Machine when they came up to the shop for a demo weekend.  I asked them about doing what you did with your gun, WhiskersTheCat.

Brooks told me there was almost no gas exiting the barrel with an integral 22, so it would be a diminishing return to add another can to the mix.

Cool idea for sure.

I'm waiting for next year to get my first 22 bolt action that I'm going to run my .45 silencer on.  Probably the Savage MKII FVSR (28702).  Put a little Vortex Copperhead scope up top and start decimating critters.

Auto sear negates barrel length. So 3 stamp. Now, if you put an aow on the side rail.....

Oh, and NB4 ATF lacky says you can't  make a suppressor longer.....

I really like my T22.

A lot of guys shit on Huntertown, but it's been a great can.

I like the Mist TD on my takedown too.

Spectre hardly ever sees time. In fact, I filed a 5220 and it permanently resides at a trustees house.

(Yes, I know that's unnecessary in state, but since it's semi permanent I filed the paperwork.)

Kinda Sorta I guess
SBR - 1
203 - 2
Can - 3
Rdias - 4 but cancels out the SBR
So you could have technically four tax stamps

Get yourself a grenade for that 203 as a DD and it's a 5 stamp beast.

I don't think dropping a lightning link or Dias cancels out the SBR.

There is a stamp needed for both.

Nope, just thinking of the mechanics and technical aspects.

Is a Surefire SOCOM suppressor, a suppressed Surefire SOCOM Mini suppressor, or is it simply a longer suppressor?
