Saw video of officer shot on the hand/arm. His partner gave him a tourniquet before he got in a squad to head to the hospital. Just standing there for 15 seconds there was a lot of blood on the ground. |

Yea, North Philly, near Temple. I am familiar with the area. While it looks like a nice area, it's crime ridden. Not a safe place at all. Not surprised there is a shooting, but this is beyond the pale even for that area.
