Not sure this has been discussed but last year Fall my wife and I stopped in to a new place for us to get some breakfast and my wife loves all things "pumpkin spice" so we noticed they had, of course pumpkin spice pancakes and french toast.

I will confess before you all that I have never had tastier pancakes and french toast and I unashamedly go back as often as I can during the season to have them! In fact I can't wait for October 1st as this is 'Open Season" on pumpkin pancakes on their menu!

So, who else has a secret pumpkin spice fetish, be it food or drink...and share any good recipes for 'tis the season'

Not my thing, tho. I do get a single pancake now and then at Sweet Sue's. Usually have to bring 2/3 or 3/4 of it home.

I put either cinnamon and allspice or pumpkin pie spice in my overnight oats. Allspice is awesome.

Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin chopped up and used in soups and stews.

Not the spice part but pretty much all things pumpkin this time of year. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin empanadas, pumpkin tortilla chips, roasted pumpkin seeds, especially habanero or cayenne roasted pumpkin seeds. Might make some ghost pepper pumpkin seeds this year….
