I mean it just looks like she got older in that pic. There are way way way worse actresses who aged worse because of shitty plastic surgery's. Courtney Cox comes to mind.

HH looks better now than she did a few years ago, I think she had dental implants done. Her mouth was all caved in when she did the MAY reunion show.

Other than the dental issues I don't think she's had a bunch of surgery, she's just aged.
