BCB Crusader II Cookset by Dan Passaro, on Flickr
I've always been intrigued by this cookset: Two cups, stove, NATO canteen. But the Mk I stove was too short to effectively use a Trangia stove. This is the same issue with the USGI 'stove'.
Now the Mk II came out (or it's been out already, whatever lol) and the stove is much taller and the cook cup is larger as well. I got this off ebay, brand new, and even in retail packaging.
I really dig it and I definitely like the NATO canteen better than the USGI. The Crusader stove, IMO, is much more effective than the USGI 'stove'. I think calling an aluminum stand a stove is a bit of a stretch lol.
The Trangia burner fits perfect:

Certainly much taller than the USGI cookset
