Get over it, post all your bitching about ammo availability and prices here.
And for those of you that have jumped the reloading bandwagon, yes, that is getting expensive and hard to find components too! |

Is this the place to look for ammo deals? I'm looking for the best price on bulk brass case 5.56/.223 for range and training use. 55 grain preferred but I'll take a good deal on any weight. I've been trying to use Ammoseek but a lot of the websites look shady.

A little bit of a price break on hard to find Black Hills 77gr OTM ammo - https://www.tacticallink.com/ammunition.html. Not a huge bargain, but also not $1.95 per round.
My guess is that this will go fast. Picked up 500 rounds to see how it compares to IMI Razorcore. |

What is the situation with PSA and $30/200 rounds of Sierra 9mm after rebate?
Haven't seen .15 cent 9mm for a long time. I must be missing something? |

View Quote https://palmettostatearmory.com/sierra-sports-master-9mm-ammo-124-grain-jhp-200rds.html Rebate Info - $3 per box of 20. Max rebate per household = $50 Ends up 25 cpr after tax and shipping for me. Think I would go with the Magtech or Blazer Brass at 26 cpr and not have to deal with rebate hassle. I have no info to share on the quality of Sierra 9mm. |

Agree with not hassling with the rebate. I've done it before but there always seems to be a hassle in the process somewhere, by design possibly.
On the surface it sounds like a great deal depending on a person's tolerance for aggravation. Tax and freight would put me at about .24 cents per round. Not going to FO Thanks for your input |

Its seems a number of vendors have the Blazer on sale.
Anyone know what is the story behind it? Is this the start of a downward prices or did Blazer find a warehouse full of ammo it forgot about??? |

Remington Range 115 gr. 9mm for $24.99 per 100 at Natchez.
Use code FS222212 for free shipping on ammo orders over $200. https://www.natchezss.com/remington-range-9mm-luger-115-fmj-ammo-100rd-rt23972 Been a while since I've shot Remington (i think it was was those Walmart UMC 250 round packs that were the old yellow color), remember it being a touch anemic, but it cycled any handgun I had. It's not premium, but it's not Turkish or factory reloads either. I'm not ordering any, just noticed American 9mm for less than the $260 floor that seems to be settling in; hopefully it keeps dropping! I've still got plenty from the sub-20 cent per round days... |

View Quote Yeah, unfortunately the link above is out of stock, the price did drop to 23.99 per 100 though, so if it stays at that price and comes back in stock you'll just have to wait for another free shipping coupon code (seems like they're advertising one every week or two in their emails). Right now you can get close to the original deal (comes out to $25.20 per 100) with this link: https://www.natchezss.com/remington-range-9mm-luger-115-fmj-ammo-250rd-rt23975 Use code FS230113 for free shipping over $99 (expires 1/16 @ midnight) If you like the Remington and the above link is out of stock they sell 500 rd cases as well (I have no idea why their pricing structure is backwards.... The higher quantity you buy, the higher the price?). Comes out to $26 per 100 rds, slightly more expensive than the above link for 250 rds. https://www.natchezss.com/remington-range-handgun-ammunition-9mm-luger-115gr-fmj-1145-fps-500ct-case |

I ordered from that Zincpoint .223 deal and the cartridges are bright and shiny similar to what trekgod posted, maybe a few less dots of tarnish on a few.
But 1 out of every 10 rounds has some small dings around the top half of the case, probably from mishandling and hence they are 'seconds'. Check each 100rd box. One box was splitting open when I got the shipment and a few rounds were loose in the carton so I counted the one box and then the rest for giggles. Ended up with 101rds per box and 808rds total. I would guess they count the rounds by weight and the scale is off(?). Smoking deal indeed. |

Question (honestly, seriously):
Out of all the flavors of .223 ammo out on the market, who has the best deals, etc... I just want to ask one simple question: HOW MUCH AMMO SHOULD YOU KEEP ON HAND WITH YOUR AR-15? As I write this... I only have 380 rounds of .223 for my Bushmaster XM15-e2s. I wonder if that number should be 1380, as in an additional 1000 rounds. Hmmmmm.... |

You'd want enough to last you through an entire ban on ammo if they could even attempt such a thing. Everyone here started off with nothing, just don't hurt yourself where you cannot make ends meet either. Save your brass too, and make friends with a reloader and co op. |
