What is the size of a Norinco 56s trunnion, 23mm or 22mm? Any and all barrel dimensions would be helpful. Any recommendations where new or used AKM 56s barrels are sold?

They're a proprietary 19mm. The rest of the dimensions closely match Type 3 pattern barrels:
