Bryan,

How about you sell me the Swiss side folder then give your friend the rifle with the standard 556 stock on it?

Prices for new SIG P556 SBRs are in the $2,300 - $2,500 range.   You can take it from there!

Yup, with factory new SBR going for around $2500, I would say yours is closer to $3000 with the stock, handguards, amipoint, etc. new, now adjust for how used it is. Best looking 556 SBR I have seen yet.

This is a good question because I see 556 SBR's on GunBroker for $2,500.+ all the time. What I can't figure out is this, If a new 556P with rail system is $1,600. plus a $200. SBR tax stamp and maybe another $200. into a butt stock. How does that add up to a $2,500. sales price then another $200. for the buyer's stamp? The wait for a stamp is going to be the same if you buy used SBR or build a new one from a 556P.  So to sum up, why is completed SBR worth more than the sum of it's parts?

That things is sweet, not sure I could bring myself to get rid of it. It's set up perfectly.
