See if you can get your local clubs to put together a "Scholastic Steel Challenge". In MA there is a local High School team that competes against the colleges up here. Good way to safely bring new folks into action shooting.

My son is 17 years old. He is currently shooting in 3 Gun Nation series. He has been shooting for about 3 years competitively in IDPA, USPSA, 3GN, Steel Challenge. He is currently the only Junior Shooter at his local 3GN matches. It's sad their are not more young shooters in the sport.

Man I feel old now! I started this thread when I was 18 and am now 20! Haha!
I have been shooting IDPA, USPSA, 3 gun and "Sniper matches" often over the past year or so. |
