Does anybody know if there is a you tube video that shows random targets on a screen that I can dry fire practice on?

I use this animated gif, but the targets get a little repetitive. A video seems like it would surprise you more.

I agree.

Still, those drills are a good starting point.

Link above seems broken, here is their page of suggested dry fire drills.

definitely a good idea to trey fire to help reduce anticipation which is one of the biggest causes of inaccuracy

Try http://www.benstoeger.com for ideas (training plans, drills, books, targets, etc.). I have some of the miniature targets; feel the training would be enhanced with SIRT pistol.

ETA: Don't know if there's any video there.
