Tiger Valley is looking at a 5-day competition next spring with all money going to benefit wounded soldiers. I'm thinking a Wednesday through Sunday event. I want to make as much as I can with whatever venue will attract the most interest. I want to keep costs down and will look for donations for everything from trophies to food and drinks. Let me know what you guys think will draw the most shooters. It doesn't have to be all one type of venue, we can mix it up with several. Larue has offered to help with all they can. Also let me know what possible dates that are available that won't conflict with other events. thanks, T.J.

TJ a major, sponsored, 3 Gun that is well planned and marketed along with a long range match of some sort... I cant imagine that every big name in the sport wouldnt want to be associated with that...

The other thing  I would do is schedule some training classes right before or even during the event.  These classes would be taught by the big name sponsered shooters who would be coming to the matches...with all proceeds donated, of course.  Its pretty common now for one of the big names to have a half day or full day class the day before a big match as a kind of warm up...

This would bring in the big names and all small fish that would enjoy the shooting and training.  Invite TV as well (Shooting USA).

This could be a great thing.
