Hey guys,

Starting to get into 3 gun and the general comp world.  Was just curious how some of you train for it in the ways of creating your own sort of obstacle courses.

Obviously your typical outdoor range is not gonna want you to shoot anything outside your own lane, especially out here in Washington in the managed ranges.

Safety, fundamentals,  efficient draws mag changes and target acquisition.

Also do some position testing at home on weird items

Other than that find a good range.

Practice what you suck at.  If you don't have a shot timer get one.  Then keep a log book so you can track progress.  Break a stage down into parts you can practice at your range.

Practice weak hand and strong hand only with the pistol.  You can do that on any range, or reloads.
