There are too many variables to diagnose shooting issues from a picture of a target.  Particularly one shot from a rest.

If I had to take a wild ass guess, typically trigger control is the low-hanging fruit.

I think this looks like an acceptable group at 25 yards. Probably time to adjust sights for windage.

Just curious, but why shoot a pistol from a rest? Why not just shoot it like you would in the field?

Shooting pretty well those second set of targets. Shooting 25 yards and beyond accurately every little thing becomes critical and minor lapses of technique that the mag dump at seven yards crowd won't even notice become very evident.
Trigger control is king. What tends to happen is if you focus on the sights ( as you should) and instead of a steady activation of the trigger while in your wobble zone, you get a perfect sight picture and mentally you scream now hit the trigger hard and jerk low left

Oh that little guy? I wouldn't worry about that little guy...

What are your goals?

How fast are you shooting these strings?

Accuracy looks great, IMO time to turn up the speed.

Nice work. My targets look like your first two at 25yds. I've been killing myself over trigger control but can't seem to find any issues. Hadn't considered windage to be an issue at this range.
