ok, i now have my woa tuned trigger in a little plastic bag.  so just how complicated is it to get it in the lower.  is this a smith only deal or can someone with average skills do it themselves.

if an average guy can do it, where can i find the, "how to install ar triggers for idiots" link. i attempted a search, i expected to get lots of hits but got nothing.  perhaps the good news is, i have slightly more mechanical ability than i have computer skills.

thanks
joe

This link should do it.  Assemble your lower...triggers and such

It its a pretty staight forward job, especially with a RRA NM FCG.

Its a Cake of Piece my friend !

Go to dpms website and find the schematic for the lower reciever and just make it look the same .

Brownells has some good video of the installatoin also.

Pretty easy.  The match trigger is easier than the GI type.

You're going to need to know how to do it in the parking lot on the bumper of your truck using a ball point pen––for when your rifle fails the trigger weigh in at a leg match.

ok i looked at the schematic and directions for assembling the lower.  i have a question though.  can i just remove the two pins to take the old parts out and install or is there more to it? are there any tips or tricks to setting things in place?

1)  Push the hammer pin out, remove old  hammer with spring.

2)  Push trigger pin out, remove old trigger/disconnector and springs.

3)  Install new match trigger/disconnector assembly with spring.

4)  Install new match hammer with spring.

5)  Function test, and if it works safely, you're done.

See some pics of what the units look like together.  The lower legs of the trigger spring rest on the bottom of the receiver:

If your not removing the safety selector,  watch the trigger spring legs to make sure they ppointing forward on the floor of the lower and not to the rear.  It can happen while fishing it around the selector.  And like the pics above, make sure the hammer spring legs are on top of the trigger pin after installed.
