Welcome to the AR15.Com Shop. AR15.Coom LLC and/or its affiliates ("ARFCOM") provide website features to you subject to the following conditions.
If you visit or shop at the AR15.Com Shop ("Store"), you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future the AR15.Com Shop service (e.g., Your Account, Gift Cards, or Reviews) you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

Product Descriptions
AR15.COM LLC will make every effort to be as accurate as possible with regard to product descriptions. However, AR15.COM LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is fully accurate, complete, reliable or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return said product in an unused condition.
Pricing
The "Store" reserves the right to cancel or modify an order with a pricing error. If we modify an order, we will contact you with instructions on how to process. You will be afforded the option to cancel the order or complete it with the correct prices. Please note that this policy applies to products sold and shipped by the "Store" as well as any third-party sellers and fulfillers.
Store Pickup Option
If you select to pick up your order at the store, you will be requested to provide a valid ID for confirmation. It is also preferred that you bring a copy of your order with you. This is for your protection. Upon receiving your order, we will also request a pickup form be signed as proof of completion. Please email our sales department (or check your order status) to ensure your order is ready before you travel to pick it up.
Electronic Communication
When you visit the "Store" or send emails to us, you are communicating electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Reviews, Comments, User Accounts, Communications
If you use this site you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account. If you are under 18, you agree to use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. AR15.COM LLC reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at their discretion.
If you use the site you agree that all communications, incluiding reviews, comments, or messages of any sort, will adhere to the following requirements: content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamnatory, invasive, infringing, or harmful to another user. These trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service which is not directly affiliated with AR15.COM LLC, in any manner which is likely to create confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits AR15.COM LLC. All other trademarks not owned by AR15.COM LLC that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to the "Store" or services of related to the store or AR15.COM LLC will be resolved in the state of New York.
