Just finished up my last reps seconds before midnight. About an hour ago I decided to add to my day total and went on a race to set a new personal best tonight.
At 23:57 I checked my totals and had already set a new PB, but I was at 26,950...and I thought...I have 3 minutes to grab 50 more reps and get to 27k...so I did 55. Finished up the day with 1240 reps That got me to 27,005 YTD Very curious to see what I feel like when the alarm goes off in 5 hours Tomorrow may be a light day. |

As it stands now I am averaging over 350 per day. My new target is 100,000 by 12/31/24. This week I am going to try to bump up my sets to 55 reps. By the end of the year I want to be able to do a set of 100. In other news, today I am clearing space in the garage for a pull up rack. Will start that soon. What a year. |

The time will come where a set of 100 becomes normal. I know it is difficult to believe, but I'm expecting that sometime this year, you'll knock out 300 in your first 3 sets of a day's workout. Incredible progress, Sir. |

I keep forgetting to update.
Week of Feb 25th - 550 Week of Mar 3rd - 650 Week of Mar 10th - 550 Stilling most of the reps done at work averaging 125-140 per night 3 day one week 4 days the next. At home, days off, doing 75 to 90 per day. I am trying to keep in at 550 one week and 650 next. This pace keeps me challenged without doing any damage. Still taking 1 day a week off. |

Update for the week ending 3/16:
Finally averaged 200 per day for the week, with one catch-up day of 600 in four hours. That was a workout. Also, in true arfcom fashion, this thread is costing me money. I bought a pull up bar. Figured I needed to balance out all the push exercises with some pulling. Good new: I can still knock out a set of 12 legit pull ups. 1,400 last week 9,500 ytd |
