It is two M1913 slots shorter than the M4A1 RIS II and used an M4 barrel cut down to 12.3". The one in the photo above is a Daniel Defense 12.5" barrel (I'm not sure on the exact length of that one). There weren't very many made and there haven't been any photos of them in use.

Whats the love affair with the rail. It came on my mk18 and it the one part I dislike. I like DDs slimmer rail choices. I will be replacing my with the slim rail if DD ever makes a 10in. If not Im going with the lite rail III

Took the Upper out today on a rigged up pistol upper to get BUIS sighted in. Iknow the BUIS and the Optic are not clone Kosher, but upper was assembled by the guys at HCS, so all the credit of its performance goes to them and all the crappy groups contribute to my less than impressive skill and gritty milspec trigger.
Yes, there are 3 shots in that group; fluke.
