The M203 tabs in my Block II upper have come loose and rattle when you shake the upper. Has this happened to anyone else?
The only way to tighten them is to remove the rail. 
To keep in line with the rules:

pics/video of it running tomorrow evening. actually getting the wife to the range so she can (finally) shoot her dissipator after i got the barrel turned down from giant-fucking-pig-cannon-out-front to gov contour.

Here is a horrible quality image of my recent RIS II upper. I am in the process of figuring out a new lower for it, as it is currently sitting on the lower from my M4v1. Will get a better quality one up, after I swap the flash hider for my Surefire mount and get a new lower for it.

Found another. Not me, but I loaned him my rifle because his poly lower somehow vomited out the buffer retainer pin and spring. We never found the spring.

Doesn't appear to be, Minion. The BE/Saker collaboration still has the teardrop on the outside of each prong. I guess it could be a prototype though.
