Who currently has the best deal on the SBA3 and actually has them in stock?

ETA - Just ended up ordering it from Brownells.  With a coupon code it was $97.99 with free shipping.  However, it is currently OOS so hopefully the get some soon.

Now, I need to decide if I want a 11.5” or a 12.5” Kino barrel...

Previously it has been 1-2 months before getting them in stock. I originally ordered one from brownells then canceled it when psa got them back in stock.

That’s fine with me. All I have at this time is a stripped lower.  It will give some time to get the other parts I need,

Mine is 26-3/4” oal with a 10.3” barrel and SFCT flash hider. It’s 14-11/16” from the brace to the front of the receiver if that helps.

Finally bit at that price, saving that scratch is going to cost me more in the long run.

Mine is attached to a BCM Milspec tube, because I already had one. Tight.

SB Tube is on another pistol - tight too.

I have two tubes and once brace... My guns have to share for now.

Has anyone confirmed this or gotten word that SB will be releasing a riser?  I sent them a couple notes and got crickets...assuming "intended use" has something to do with that?

That's a darn good price. I pre-ordered from Brownells and got it for $107 shipped. Just got it yesterday. Seems like a solid brace.

Got mine yesterday too!  It's the brace I've been waiting for, it really appears to maximize the usability of an AR pistol...

I just got mine today.
I bought the pack from Palmetto and everything was repackaged in a Palmetto box.
What is the tube supposed to be?
Mine looks like a standard mil spec 6 position tube.
Fits, though.

The tube is a 6 position with mil-spec dimensions.  Not sure if it’s actually mil-spec because I am not sure if it’s made of 7075T6...

For those who ordered on Brownell's during the 4th of July sale:
Have you received yours yet?
Which color did you order?

The black is listed as in-stock, but the FDE is still on backorder.

If you're on the fence, get one. Much better than the original, I have two of those.

Zero, in fact, it's super tight on a DSG Arms receiver extension. With a mass produced item like that, it's probably luck of the draw.

Yes, but it may not collapse all the way. Some .308 platform receiver extensions are longer.

I’ve been trying to find info on the buffer tube. What is it made of? Sb only says milspec but they could just mean milspec size.

That is a beautiful looking rig.

Specs on it?

BTW, I just picked up an SBA3 and it blows my Maxim Defense PDW Brace out of the water!

The Maxim collapses to a shorter length, but the SBA3 has a MUCH better cheek weld.

Very nice build. In the process of putting together a similar build (pistol) but not HRT. Have an A2 upper on the way (very lightly used / RRA I think). Waiting for a particular 11.5" govt barrel with fsb and delta assembly to be back in stock in a few weeks. Got a set of the "skinny" handguards from forum member boywonder777 (good guy).

The upper is a LAR Grizzly.

AA lower, BCM CH, LPK, Ion bond BCG, DD Mk18 10.3" stripped upper on sale from Brownell's.

A3 was a bit stiff to function, it's loosened up with some working back and forth.

It replaces one of my Blades. I might replace the other one I have if there's a sale.

Edit: Although there are 6 holes for position, the shortest is not useable in my setup.

Will these work with a A5 buffer tube or are they proprietary to the included buffer tube it’s sold with. Anyone using this brace with a A5 tube with no issues?
