Hey Todd, I just recieved the DA7 and barrel. Just need to pick up a carbine length gas tube. Remarkable craftsmanship.  I will definitely use these gas blocks for my other 2 builds!

What are the height and width specs on the 0.750 inch clamp-on version?
Will the 0.750 inch clamp-on fit under the new UTG Pro 9 inch "smooth" free float handguard tube?
When will the 0.750 inch clamp-on version be on the website?
Will the 0.750 inch clamp-on version be the same price as the set screw version?
I got a Secuity Certificate warning/failure on the your website when I went to "check-out".

Really happy with my DA7, 16 inch carbine gas barrel,  and 9 inch intrepid all by SLR. All I need now is some range time and my stamps to come in so I can chop this barrel down and slap on my can.

Hmmm..... great concept! Any plans to support a .936" barrel?? Just finishing up a Lilja AR-24 barreled build, this would be very nice on it!

What's the status on the clamp on Gas Blocks? Still scheduled for late August?

..and the other 50% of us want pinned.  You should make a pilot hole, and include a pin with the set screw model.  I'd get really excited about that.

Yeah a pinned would be nice. It would line up perfectly, no worries about it coming loose.

U can pin either

Yeah. That would be cool. Then there wouldn't have to be a separate pinned model. It would just be the Set screw/Pinned or the Clamp version.

My set screw model is drilled and pinned.  There's no need for a separate pinned model or even a pre drilled one.  You'll still have to drill the barrel any way.

Todd - Do you recommend placing a thread locker fluid on the screw threads of the clamp-on model ?

Sorry I'm kind of lost. I'm talking about the pin used in an A2 style gas block. Are we talking about the same pin?

If I could chime in, I use blue loctite on my UTG quad rail gas block. It was pretty solid. It took some force to unscrew and the gas block was still pretty well clamped on..

I was about to buy the set screw version. Now I think I will wait for the clamp version.

The end of the month is just right around the corner.

Are you still on track to for the end of August?

My rail will be delivered sometime next week, so this would be great timing.

Yes...you just drill through the gas block and barrel and drive a pin in, or have it professionally done by ADCO.

Gocha. Yeah I read about people doing that as well. It would be cool to see a pinned/set screw model in one. I'm still going with the clamp version :D.

I'm ready to buy one of the soon-to-be-released .936" models. Clamp-on or set-screw doesn't matter a whole lot to me. Either version would be more of what I'm looking for than anyone else's offerings from what I've seen. Can I pay in advance to get one of the first ones?

My custom build rifle isn't complete without the Clamp .75 adjustable gas block! I am rifle-less without it. I might opt to buying a generic pinned low profile block if the delay for this one is too long. Will it at least be ready for this month? Also, any word on the price?

Thanks

I too have a custom rifle build eagerly awaiting a .75 clamp. Possible updated timeline would be appreciated; possible pre-order method would be awesome.

NiBo versions wil cost a bit more of course.

Just checking, will the NiBo versions be released at the same time as the phosphate? And will they be the standard NiBo color? or painted black on the outside?

Thanks!
