I think one thing that makes an AR not a recce is 1:9 twist, seems there really isn't any ammo that is accurate and has enough KE left at long range for 1:9 barrels. Ammo makers should really come out with good match ammo in the 64g range. but with a bullet not too long to stabilize in the 1:9, whats match ammo out there seems to for varmit prey not sd..
