How do you like it? 1. locking the bolt back, despite the larger real estate there's no leverage and it tends to slip out of your hands 2. it really does a number on your palm if you're racking it constantly (dry-fire) |

I mounted the QRB on a few of my collection with varying barrel lengths and handguards but it just adds so much weight I always end up taking it off. |

View Quote I actually saved the pictures of that little guy I think it's neat as can be. I was just looking at takedown systems like the QRB the other day out of curiosity. It never occurred to me their would be additional weight added. Plus the Law folder. I guess I thought super small and compact must be light too. Super cool heavy or not. Looking forward to your finished project this time around |

Storm Trooper Pistol was the inspiration. Dang thing gets dirty if you look at it wrong so I need to get my photos in now. I’ll just have to let it wear because there’s no way to keep it looking fresh if I take it out for any serious shooting or hunting. I’m fine with it though. |

If so, maybe a coat or two of satin clear would keep the white from scuffing as easily. |

Interestingly, the delta ring is a tad too wide, so I'll have to mill off the last 2 "rings", the snap ring works just fine holding the hand guard in place. Getting close to being done. Not sure to cerakote it or drag it thru the dirt... |
