I have lots of ideas what I want to do.

My question is running the mk12 mod 0 Hand guard with that swan sleeve on top with a lt104, can that all work together? Or is that a bad idea?

Like Lance said.

No need to use that mount with the swan sleeve unless you just really like the way it looks. That mount is used to get the optic further forward on a standard receiver. The swan sleeve solves this issue.

MAC ran that setup on his BCM Mod 0. You can find it on YouTube.

Cheek weld will suck and it will looks a little goofy. But like I said if you dig the looks then do it!

@Dobs013 has been my source for both

Does anyone have a high quality image of this old KAC logo? I need it to have the gangster grip engraved. If anyone else wants theirs done, hit me up.

Ya know, while careful dissecting the m660 to wire up the light to the button, I came To the realization I'm going through all this work, for all these people.... For a fucking light that is outperformed by a bic lighter and fresnel lense... Or anything at the dollar store toy section.

I have a vero ras, ergo extension and 249f on the way for this. I'm planning on chopping the barrel to 13.7", figuring out how to level the ergo, and trimming it to be flush if I can.

OP states: "If it's in the wild or made by a known military supplier (KAC, DD, G, etc.) game on.
Optics, go crazy.  The reality is strike eagles are being used downrange, there's no clone police here."

I'd say there's more than plenty there to be on topic. And truth be told, there have been more than a few times it got real cowboy in this joint

Nice stick!

I love the RIS II rails but cant justify building a true clone build just to sit in the safe, this thread speaks to me

Added some color so it isn’t so boring

If I were to go to a KAC FF rail what length do I need to cover a middy gas block?

KAC FF RAS long definitely will, and I'm pretty sure a medium will also (might poke out a little depending on how long the gas block is)

I'm jealous man. I need a shop, getaway place like that to build and tinker. I kind of want to get into some 3D printing or small CNC hobbyist stuff so I could make some of my own parts.
